The banks do not correspond with any depicted features. They are bounded by a trackway.

A series of closely parallel linear banks are visible on images derived from lidar data captured in 2016. The banks are orientated northeast to southwest and do not correspond with any features depicted on historic maps. The banks are bounded by a trackway first depicted on the First Edition OS map. A marl pit is recorded immediately to the east and an orchard is recorded circa 100m to the west.
The banks are interpreted as possible planting ridges for orchard trees of mid 19th century origin, that passed out of use prior to the late 19th century.
