(01/09/1998) The remains of earthworks associated with the military use of the summit area of White Hill at 382m above OD.
SX53308379 - An earthen mound with, on the east side, the footings of a winged bunker which appears to have sheltered one person. The damaged ovoid mound measures 7.0m by 4.7m and a maximum 0.8m high. The footings of the bunker are 3.0m wide with a small shelter 0.9m wide and 1.4m deep.
SX53318380 and SX53318380 - Two depressions 0.3m deep mark the sites of two buildings.
SX53308380 and SX53308380 - Two concrete blocks with iron rings were straining points for a mast.
SX53308380 - The range warning flag pole.
