Full description

Royal Commission for the Historical Monuments of England, 1987-1993, Duchy Farms Project Survey Visit (Report - Survey). SDV350839.

(13/10/1988) A 52m long section is visible between SX 6697 7792 and the pond. The leat, 0.2 to 1.2m wide with a maximum depth of 0.6m cuts through the streamworking debris on the W bank of the Walla Brook (SX 67 NE 74). A turf covered bank 0.8 to 1.2m wide and with a maximum height of 1.1m forms the downslope side of the leat.
