Full description
Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.
The barn does not appear to be shown.

The condition report submitted with a planning application for conversion shows the building to be a two storey barn with a single storey lean-to at one end. The barn is built of roughly coursed rubble stone with brick dressings over the doors and around the windows and a concrete floor. It is now roofless and derelict; the first floor is no longer extant, and overgrown with ivy at one end.
