A small oval in plan and heavily robbed hut circle given number 18. The hut measures 3.7m by 3.8m and is crudely cobbled with no porch. There are possibly two phases represented by a reduction in the size of the house and the sealing off of a drain. The earliest house floor was dished and later it was paved with one central posthole. A radiocarbon date from charcoal in the fill of the drain was 1310 +- 120 bc (radiocarbon years). A radiocarbon date from the soil beneath the flagstones was 1070 +- 70 bc (radiocarbon years). Two saddle querns were found in the tumble of the wall (wainwright et al).
