Full description
Exeter Archaeology, 1998, Archaeological Assessment of Tongue End to Crediton Water Main Replacement, 11 (Report - Assessment). SDV323202.
The proposed route of the pipeline crosses the A377, which may follow the approximate course of a Roman road (as identified by Margary 1973) running to north Devon.
