DOE, 1959, Untitled Source (Migrated Record). SDV53041.
Croft house, briton street. Early to mid 19th century. Two storeys.(doe, 1959).

House. Circa early c19 but possibly earlier to the rear. Stuccoed, blocked out stone rubble; slate roof, gabled at ends; 2 rear stacks, 1 with brick and 1 with stone shaft. Plan: plan of central entrance with principal rooms to left and right. Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-bay front with a plinth; central 4-panel front door with rectangular fanlight with pretty glazing bars; doorcase with panelled reveals, scratch-moulded pilasters and an entablature.16-pane ground floor sashes to left and right with horns; 3 first floor 8-pane sashes with horns (doe, 1987).
