Pitson farm.17th century. Two storeys. Roughcast cob and thatch. Casement windows some with original moulded oak mullions. Large external stone chimney in front with offsets. Door in deep cob reveals. House extends as barn to the north.(doe). Jointed cruck recorded.(alcock, citing p. Child). Documented in 1483 and 1523.(mawer et al).
