Full description

Department of Environment, 1973, Ashburton, 14 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV300597.

No 40, East Street. Probably early 19th century, three storey, stucco, lined and painted. Two sash windows, with glazing bars, at upper floors. Slate roof, eaves soffit with bed-mould. Ground floor, sash window with glazing bars, recessed entrance with 4-panel door in original case with lozenge fanlight.
