Summary

Langham, ivybridge road. Circa early c17. Granite rubble with colour-washed plaster front. Slate roof with gabled ends. Two storeys. Three window range. Two and 3 and 4-light hollow- chamfered stone mullion windows. Ground floor left-hand 4-light window. Central doorway to cross passage with c19/20 hipped roof porch. Large granite chimneystack to left of centre backing onto cross passage. Another granite stack at the gabled higher end to right. The lower end has been demolished (doe).
