House. Late 18th/early 19th century. Plastered stone rubble, front lightly blocked out as ashlar; stacks with rendered chimneyshafts; slate roof. Plan: Double-depth, 2 rooms wide, central entrance passage. Exterior: 3 storeys and attic; symmetrical 3-window front. 12-pane sashes under low segmental arches, and first-floor centre is a blind panel. Central doorway has an elliptical-arch head and contains a 6-panel door with plain fanlight. Plain eaves to parallel gable-ended roof containing 2 front hipped dormers containing casements. Interior not inspected but likely to be of interest.
