Probert, S. A. J. + Fletcher, M. J., 2002, Plym Valley survey (Report - Survey). SDV350782.

Unenclosed hut circle at SX 5855 6333. A hut circle measuring 4.8 metres north-south by 4.1 metres with walls 2.0 metres wide and 0.7 metres high. The height and width of the walls have been enhanced by the deposition of clearance debris. Traces of internal facing slabs survive and there is evidence to suggest the presence of a blocked entrance in the south-east margin.

Hegarty, C., Knight, S. and Sims, R., 2019-2020, The South Devon Coast to Dartmoor Aerial Investigation and Mapping Survey. Area 2, Avon Valley to Plymouth (AI&M, formerly NMP) (Interpretation). SDV362982.

A curvilinear bank up to circa 2.8m wide is visible as an earthwork enclosing a roughly oval hollow on digital images derived from aerial photographs from 2002 onwards and visualisations derived from lidar data captured in 2013.
The enclosed hollow is approximately 4 by 5m in size with an opening to the east, possibly an original entrance.
The visible earthwork is interpreted as the spread and damaged remains of a hut circle of probable Bronze Age date. It is one of 8 probably associated with the larger enclosure approximately 27m to the north-east (MDV2425).

Ordnance Survey, 2021, MasterMap 2021 (Cartographic). SDV364015.

Hut circle shown on modern mapping.

Historic England, 2021, National Heritage List for England, 1002553 (National Heritage List for England). SDV364016.
