Butler, J., 1991, Dartmoor Atlas of Antiquities: Volume Two - The North, 153, Map 34, TH5 (Monograph). SDV219155.

The remains of a tinner's building of circa 4.5 metres by 2.5 metres on an old watercourse joining the Broad Marsh Stream from the west. The walls have been deliberately dismantled and the stones strewn in all directions.

(03/2/1994) This rectangular structure measures 4.9m N-S, 2.6m E-W and has walls of moorstone blocks 0.9m wide and 0.7m high. An entrance lies in the western wall and most of the interior is obscured by tumble.
