Full description

Winder, T., 1923, Archaeological remains at Hope Cove near Kingsbridge, South Devon, 124 (Article in Serial). SDV156915.

Building foundations were found on the shore at Inner Hope, about 36.5 metres north of the slipway and 2.44m below high water mark. One is circular in plan, 1.83 metres diameter, the other about 6m square. Indication of smelting, some slag, and a worked flint were found amongst the foundations.
