Full description

Winder, T., 1923, Submerged forest in Bigbury Bay at Thurlestone Sands, South Devon, 123 (Article in Serial). SDV150239.

Stone tools. Flint core; working part of a stone adze with a 51mm tranchet cutting edge. A quartz pebble with an oval depression, which may have been used as an anvil in the manufacture of flint flakes. Two eoliths. Possibly associated with the dugout canoe.
