Summary

Conduit head opposite and west of Church of St. Michael. Circa 1700. One of two conduit heads built over small stream which flows down the side of fore street. Square on plan, ashlar plinth with pagoda top with moulded cornice and ball finial. Rendered base with small round arch over the stream. The other conduit head is situated in the square (doe).

Vis=16/3/2000 (trueman) as doe. Leat appears stone-lined, perhaps with original (if repaired) fabric (trueman).
