Des=worksheet(Robinson 1987). Vis=30/7/1986 (Robinson) slotted gatepost in gateway immediately to south of Sherberton stone circle. 4 slots in north face (worksheet).

(01/07/1988) SX 63947314. The slotted gatepost is 1.6m high and is of triangular section with sides 0.6m by 0.5m. Four squarish depressions each 0.15m by 0.11m by 0.05m deep occur on the north face.
It is similar to Worth's (1967) type 'd' slotted gate posts.
