Cockroad Farm stood near Sunnylands (Lea Cross) and must have taken its name from the lane here called Cockroad. Demolished and disappeared altogether without trace.

Vis=8/10/1992 (simpson and noble) this area is now planted as an orchard with a caravan sited in the w corner. A trackway has been created to the caravan using broken tarmac fragments. No above ground remains or indications of the farm survive.
