Full description
Department of Environment, 1988, Belstone. Provisional List, 9 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV350269.
Perrymans cottage. Probably 18th century. Plastered granite stone rubble with cob on wall tops; granite stack with plastered (probably brick) top; thatch roof.
Plan: two-room plan cottage facing north-east. The left room is heated by an end stack. Two storeys.
Exterior: irregular front fenestration; two ground floor and one first floor window, all 20th century casements with glazing bars. Central front doorway contains a 20th century door in a contemporary gabled and slate-roofed porch.
Roof is gable-ended to left and half-hipped to right.
Interior: was not accessible for inspection at the time of this survey.
