Small outbuilding approx. 8 metres east of Lower West Coombe farmhouse. Small outbuilding, probably pair of pig-sties. Probably 18th century. Coursed granite rubble with some larger dressed blocks and dressed granite quoins with chamfered edge to corners. Corrugated iron roof, gable ended.
Rectangular plan probably always divided into two compartments. Single storey. Original doorway to left of north wall with dressed granite block surround and lintel. Small recess to right framed by large blocks but no sign of it inside. Doorway to left side of right gable and also largely framed by dressed granite blocks. To the right of it a deep granite trough projects part way up the wall with a recess above it. Above and to the right of the door is a ventilation light/owl hole. In left gable end is an original granite framed window opening. Interior contains stone dividing wall extending part way up walls with shallow granite trough in each compartment, blocked window half way up the rear wall.
