Former cottage, reputedly once used as a cobbler's shop. Circa early C19. Plastered cob and rubble walls. Gable-ended slate roof. Brick chimney stack at left gable-end. Plan: very narrow 1-room plan with fireplace at left-hand end. Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 2-window front of C19 2-light casements; 3-light casement on ground floor with C20 part-glazed door to the right. Interior: no original features visible. This is a rare example of a very small 1-room cottage which survives virtually unaltered.
