Summary

Large hut inside circular enclosure south of Leeden Tor. Large double walled hut in good condition with entrance to south marked by two uprights and what appears to have served as a lintel, now collapsed. Internal diameter measures 9.0 metres. Coursed wall 3.2 metres wide, 0.9 metres high.

One of a group of 13 hut circles and an enclosure, south of Leeden Tor.
24/8/1950 (SX 5617 7113) Hut C. Diameter 11.5 metres, wall width 2.0 metres, height 0.75 metres. Large double walled with entrance to s marked by two uprights and what appears to have served as a lintel, now collapsed. Enclosed within a pound, this hut circle is in very good condition. Interior floor very uneven, much overgrown.

Hut circle '3' of 8.3 metres diameter is a large well preserved building near the centre of the enclosure within Settlement 'B' at Leeden Tor South. The walls are still a metre high with an entrance to the south-west.
