Small annular dark mark, diam 10-15m, recorded from the air 1984 (ap). Vis=23/3/1989 (robinson). Level area, site marked by possible low mound. No change in soil colour (dprfp).

A ring ditch of probable prehistoric date is visible as a cropmark ditch on oblique aerial photographs of 1984, to the northwest of Powderham Mill. The complete circular ring ditch measures approximately 16m in diameter and lies positioned on gently northeast sloping ground which borders the River Kenn. The ring ditch was not visible on other aerial photographs or digital images made available to the survey.
