Full description

Department of Environment, 1986, Lustleigh, 145 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV304543.

Lower Wreyland. House. Inscription over door says "rebuilded 1842", but it is reputed to be basically earlier. Granite rubble. Thatched. Granite chimneys. L-shaped. 2 storeys with single-storey lean-to. 20C wood casements with leaded lights, except for one plastic window inserted in 1984. Included for group value.
