Full description

Department of Environment, 1986, Lustleigh, 147 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV304543.

The Tallet House. House, formerly a barn, standing in the grounds of Yonder Wreyland. Probably 17C or earlier. Granite rubble and cob. Thatched roof, half-hipped towards the road. 2 storeys, with single-storey lean-to. Gable contains an old wood mullioned-and-transomed window with ovolo-moulded mullions; it may have been re-set. Interior considerably altered in 1984. Roof-trusses are 18C or early 19C with collars pegged to the faces of the principal rafters.
