Two buildings are first shown on the south bank of the River Teign on the First Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map and labelled as 'Boat Houses.' The buildings are also illustrated and labelled on the Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map, but are not present on the Ordnance Survey Master Map indicating that they had been demolished prior to 2015.
