A narrow sinuous ditch is visible as an earthwork.

The course of the leat is shown on the mid-19th century Parish Tithe Map and the late 19th century First Edition Ordnance Survey map, in which it is labelled as Mill Leat’. It is also visible as an earthwork ditch, circa 235m in length, on aerial photographs taken in 1946. The leat is probably associated with Woodleigh Corn Mill (MDV21309).
