Summary
Field system forming part of unenclosed hut settlement. Boundaries of only one complete field can be identified. This measures 70 metres north-south by 55 metres east-west. On north side the boundary consists of a 4.0 metre wide, 1.3 metre high lynchet. Elsewhere it is visible as a low bank averaging 3.0 metres wide, 0.2 metres high. Further traces of boundary banks visible to south-west.

(SX 5617 7014 sic) Field system forming part of unenclosed hut settlement. Boundaries of only one complete field can be identified. This measures 70 metres north-south by 55 metres east-west. On north side the boundary consists of a 4.0 metre wide, 1.3 metre high lynchet. Elsewhere it is visible as a low bank averaging 3.0 metres wide, 0.2 metres high. Further traces of boundary banks visible to south-west.
NB: Gerrard's grid reference for this record (or that recorded in the HER) is incorrect and has been updated to place this field record in the correct location (Richards, A. F., 16/07/2019)
