Part of the settlement to the south of the road. Measures 7.2 metres in diameter internally and walls survive to a height of 0.7 metres and width of 1.0 metre. An entrance gap exists on the southern side of the circle.

Full description

Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division, 1950, SX57SE19 (Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division Card). SDV219145.

Hut circle CC measures 8.0 metres in diameter, with 1.5 metre wide walls, remaining to a height of 0.5 metres. A double walled type, in good condition. There are some very large stones incorporated in the south-east side of the wall. Entrance is on the south side.

Hut circle within a large partially enclosed settlement, terraced into the hill slope. Simple plan and double orthostat walling type. Interior measures 7.4 metres in diameter and is defined by a 1.7 metre wide wall standing up to 1.0 metres high. A south-south-west facing gap, lined on both with slabs represents the original doorway.
