Hut circle in settlement north of Hart Tor which was excavated in 1895. Terraced into hillslope. Simple plan and double orthostat walling. Internal diameter 4.0 metres, walls 2.0 metres wide, 0.6 metres high. Doorway to south-south-west.

Hut circle terraced into hillslope. Simple plan and double orthostat walling. Internal diameter 4.0 metres, walls 2.0 metres wide, 0.6 metres high. Doorway to south-south-west.

This monument includes a stone hut circle lying on a west-facing slope overlooking the valley of the River Meavy and forming part of a large unenclosed stone hut circle settlement situated between Devil's Bridge and Hart Tor. The hut is terraced into the hillside and is composed of a stone and earth wall surrounding a circular internal area. The interior of the building measures 4.0 metres in diameter and the 2.0 metres wide wall stands up to 0.6 metres high. A gap visible in the sout-south-west facing length of wall represents an original doorway.
