Summary

Hut circle situated within an enclosure. Terraced into the hillslope, and of the simple plan and single orthostat walling type. The interior measures 3.0 metres in diameter and is defined by a 1.2 metres wide wall standing up to 0.5 metres high. The doorway survives as a buried feature.

(SX 5643 7013) Hut circle situated within an enclosure. Terraced into the hillslope, and of the simple plan and single orthostat walling type. The interior measures 3.0 metres in diameter and is defined by a 1.2 metres wide wall standing up to 0.5 metres high. The doorway survives as a buried feature.
Compass survey by S. Gerrard and T. Greeves of the site dated 19/03/1992.
N.B.: This hut is shown on Gerrard's plan as lying to the west of MDV50617 (MPP130659), so it's possible the grid reference quoted above is wrong (Richards, A. F., 22/07/2019).
