Name:Bank and hollow south-west of Legis Tor Warren

Summary

Oval depression on the south-facing slope of Legis Tor. The hollow measures 8m long by 5.5m wide and is 1.1m deep. An associated bank lying on the rim of the western edge measures 1.5m wide and 0.3m high. Apparently associated with Medieval and later streamworking situated within the upper Plym Valley and its tributaries.

(22/02/1993) Oval depression on the south-facing slope of Legis Tor. The hollow measures 8m long by 5.5m wide and is 1.1m deep. An associated bank lying on the rim of the western edge measures 1.5m wide and 0.3m high. On the basis of field evidence alone, the MPP fieldworker was unable to interpret this feature.
