Row of terraced dwellings at Merrivale, known as 'Merrivale Cottages' where about a dozen workers and their families lived. They were demolished many years ago. Image of the cottages beyond the Dartmoor Inn included.

Row of quarry cottages built within the Tor Quarry site in around 1895 and demolished in roughly 1960. They were originally called 'Dukes Cottages' and renamed as 'Walkham Terrace' in around 1910. William Duke opened the quarry in 1875 and after his death, his son carried on the enterprise.
