Buildings depicted on the Tithe Map; plot 1593. A rectangular building adjacent to the road, with a similar sized structure lying parallel behind it (to the north-west).

'Sigford Cottages' is marked on the late 19th century historic map. Only the dwelling remains now; the rear building is no longer shown, although a small structure (outhouse?) is depicted to the south-west of the cottages.
