Three small structures were visible.

Three rectangular structures between 2 and three metres long were visible on aerial photographs of 1947 on the south-facing slopes below Buckeshayes Farm, Upottery. The function of the structures is unknown, but they might be associated with a searchlight battery of Second World War date, for which this site has been suggested. The structures have been removed.
