Roe lists the location of Kennel Lane as not located ('NL'). There does not appear to be a Kennel Lane in Seaton, although there is a kennels marked on the 1880s-1890s Ordnance Survey map at SS24159089. Nevertheless, this find together with the other two listed by Roe, from the beach and Manor Pit (also not located), indicate a potential for palaeolithic finds in the area.
