University of the Third Age, 1995, Watermills in North Devon 1994, 27 (Monograph). SDV74915.

Bucks Mill. Now used as a cowshed. No evidence of wheel. Owner thinks it was possibly an undershot wheel. Leat now blocked off and filled in. L ast used as a corn mill circa.1920.

Mill building south east of Buck's Mill Farmhouse.
Mill house, used as farmbuilding. Probably 18th century stone rubble with a slate roof, gabled at ends.
Plan: Rectangular building, sited in the farmyard south-east of the farmhouse. No machinery survives, the mill is thought to have ceased working in the 1920s.
Exterior: Single-storey with loft. The north gable end has a cart entrance with a timber lintel, partly blocked and converted to a doorway with a loft door above.
Interior: Not inspected.
