(07/03/1988) These two gate piers are as described and well preserved.

DOE list includes two gate piers at the entrance to the Prince Hall drive. They are square on plan and constructed of granite ashlar with chamfered square flat caps. Possibly late 18th century. Grade III (DOE (HHR) District of West Devon 1960).
