Summary

This track, reputedly built by World War II conscientious objectors, extends first as a curvilinear metalled road from Bull Park (SX60307330) to SX60887319. Beyond to sx62607276 it is a dead-straight embanked track 8.8m wide overall with a crude, eroded boulder and stone surface. A semi-circular deviation to the line at sx62147289 approximately 73m across, skirts a deep marsh. It partially overlies the tavistock-ashburton pack-horse track (fletcher). Vis=see also sx67sw/436.

(27/04/1989) Centred SX 61357306. This track, reputedly built by World War I conscientious objectors, extends first as a curvilinear metalled road from Bull Park (SX 60307330) to SX 60887319. Beyond to SX 62607276 it is a dead-straight embanked track 8.8m wide overall with a crude, eroded boulder and stone surface.
A semi-circular deviation to the line at SX 62147289 approximately 73.0m across, skirts a deep marsh (personal comment from tenant of Tor Royal Farm). It partially overlies the Tavistock-Ashburton pack-horse track (SX 67 SW 245).
