Hut circle shown on 19th century map at this location.

Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division, 1950, SX56NE78, Hut G (Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division Card). SDV163730.

(02/05/1950) SX 5906 6544 Hut G; one of a group of eight huts (G-N) described by the Ordnance Survey as being smaller than Huts A-F, averaging 5.5 metres in diameter. They are in poor condition generally, the walling in most parts has collapsed, average height 0.4 metres. Entrances are not obvious.

(SX 5906 6543) Hut circle forming part of a partially enclosed stone hut circle settlement; it is linked to a curving length of rubble boundary wall which may represent the remains of a small enclosure measuring 20m by 5m defined by a 1.5m wide and 0.4m high rubble wall. Of the simple plan and rubble bank walling type, its interior is 4m in diameter and is defined by a 1.3m wide wall standing up to 0.3m high.
