Headstone of William Stenlake 2½ metres to south of chancel of parish church. 1758. Slatestone with shouldered nowy head. Well engraved lower case lettering with serifs. Winged angel's head above inscription and verse:
'Weep not for me my loving Wife
Since I'm but Call'd from this vain life
Divided by Death we must remain
Till we in Heaven meet again'. Other details: LBS 92316.
