(02/03/1971) Hut circles on Buttern Hill. One of 11. Ruinous, entrance on south side. Walls made of small granite boulders. Traces of field banks.
(21/01/2004) As above. Part of a coaxial field system, prehistoric settlements and cairns on 'Buttern Hill'. The monument also includes a length of the 'Bradford leat'.

(30/07/1974) One of a group of thirteen identifiable hut circles with an associated field system, extending for 200m along the eastern side of Buttern Hill. Entrances, where discernible, occur on the south and south-east sides. Condition generally good. See SX68NE/18 for full details on huts and associated field system.
