Gerrard, S., 1990-2002, Monument Protection Programme. Archaeological Item Dataset., 152293 (Report - Survey). SDV277946.

Site visit 1st April 1999. Stone hut circle within coaxial fields on Halsanger Common. Diameter 8.7 metres. Double orthostat wall 1.3 metres wide, 1.0 metres high. 160 degree gap probably represents a doorway. Butted by field walls. A well preserved and visually impressive building. Grass and bracken.

Butler, J., 1991, Dartmoor Atlas of Antiquities: Volume One - The East, 40, Fig. 5.1, Map 5 (Monograph). SDV299725.

Butler's hut circle 11. Measures 8.5 metres in diameter and is quite substantial. Few stones fallen outside the entrance to this hut appear to be from the walls rather than from a porch. A line of slabs runs uphill from this hut in a north-westerly direction, subdividing this field into two 25 metre strips.
