A tinners' reservoir was recorded above the Mis Tor track at the lower end of the streamwork.

On the north side of the stream a reservoir dam with two channels emerging. One ran to the scarp of the streamwork and the other to a substantial gully.
Bruce, B., 2001, Over Tor Brook survey completed, 5-9 (Article in Serial). SDV253310.
Other reservoirs associated with the Over Tor Brook streamwork were identified during the survey at SX 5555 7566 and SX 5633 7545. A possible sluice was identified at the above reservoir.
