Summary

Hut measures 10.5 metres by 9.0 metres. Earthwork and single orthostat wall 2.4 metres wide, 0.4 metres high. This is probably a large stone hut circle, although it may be a small enclosure. Covered with grass, gorse and bracken.

Visited 26/5/1998. A stone hut circle forming part of a prehistoric settlement 780 metres south-east of Belstone parish church. Measures 10.5 metres by 9.0 metres. Earthwork and single orthostat wall 2.4 metres wide, 0.4 metres high. This is probably a large stone hut circle, although it may be a small enclosure. Covered with grass, gorse and bracken.
