Summary

Carrick Lodge was formerly known as Little Herton. Little Herton is depicted on 19th and earlier 20th century mapping as comprising what is now Carrick Lodge on the north side of a yard with an L-shaped range of buildings forming the east and south sides. The latter have now been demolished and a new house, called Carrick, built to the south.

Full description

Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.

Rectangular building on the north side of a yard with an L-shaped range forming the east and south sides. Recorded as Little Herton, House & Garden (plot 19) on the apportionment.
