Full description

Nicholas Pearson Associates, 2001, Buckland Abbey: Historic Survey and Restoration Plan, App 2. 5, 8, 11-15, 17 (Report - Survey). SDV241983.

Pre 1784 gateway to the 'north-east drive' with granite gateposts and a wrought iron fence. A 19th century wrought iron gate in the driveway fence is marked 'Eddy & Sons, Kenn'. To the east is a 19th century wrought iron 'kissing gate. The 19th century wrought iron estate fence is also found to the south-east around the car park area, 20th century lavatory block and to the west of the modern entrance.
