There are five walled gardens around Greenway House, which were set out between 1791 and 1839. The Tennis Court Garden, extending north form the stables and barn, has a main entrance to the east. The centre is occupied by tennis courts and the remainder is garden. It originally formed part of the walled court shown on the 1791 estate map. There is some, probably reused, 16th to 17th century masonry incorporated into the east wall. An underground rectangular brick water tank with a circular access shaft is located blow the tennis courts. A set of granite steps allow access to the rear of the barn through a low stone gateway.
