Deep gully aligned northwest-southeast on hillslope; circa 3 metres deep by circa 3metres wide. Traced for circa 100 metres northwest of grid reference where sides are almost vertical, circa 2 metres deep by circa 2 metres wide. Possibly naturally formed, but unusually deep and steep sided. Ordnance Survey 1891 map (Sheet 93NE) depicts irregular linear feature in approximately this position and on same alignment, but this may represent a stream.
