Marked on first and second edition 25 inch OS maps as 'M.S Kingsbridge 5 Salcombe 1'.

Milestone on A381, approximately 300 meters north west of turn to Motherhill Farm, on grass verge by fence on south side of road. Back edge chipped, Worn. Faint legend reads 'To Kingsb 5 To Salco mbe 1'. Bench mark on top. Placed by the Kingsbridge and Dartmouth Turnpike Trust c1759. Grid reference given as SX73043 39448.
